In short: the Latin American marketing agencies US and Canadian companies can hire nearshore in 2026 include Flama Creators (Lima and Buenos Aires), Bigbuda (Santiago, with an office in Toronto), Tuatara (Bogotá, with an office in Miami), InPulse Digital (Buenos Aires), Sherlock Communications (São Paulo, 15 countries), WiserBrand, Vrand and Buzz (San José, Costa Rica). The right choice depends on three things: whether you need an office in the US or Canada, the minimum budget you can commit (from $1,000 to $10,000+ on Clutch), and whether the agency produces the content itself.

How this comparison was built

Every fact comes from a source you can open. Locations, services and clients come from each agency’s own website. Ratings, review counts, team size, hourly bands and minimum project size come from Clutch’s ranking of digital marketing agencies in Latin America, checked on September 14, 2026. Where an agency does not publish something, the entry says so instead of estimating it.

This page is written by Flama Creators, which appears in the list. The conflict of interest is disclosed, and it is the reason every entry, including ours, has a “where it falls short” line.

The agencies

1. Flama Creators — Lima, Peru · Buenos Aires, Argentina

In-house team of 16 — strategists, filmmakers, designers and media buyers — running paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), social media, content and video production, web and SEO/GEO. Operating since 2020, 5.0 on Google with 40 reviews and more than 40 active brands. It produces the content it publishes instead of outsourcing it.

Where it falls short: It has no office, entity or staff in the United States or Canada, 40 Google reviews against Bigbuda’s 265+, and a smaller team than Sherlock or InPulse.
Best for: US and Canadian companies that want one team to produce content and run campaigns in English and Spanish without paying for a local office.

2. Bigbuda — Santiago, Chile · office in Toronto, Canada

Founded in 2010, it presents itself as a nearshore agency for companies in the US, Canada and Europe, citing more than 2,000 projects and 265+ five-star Google reviews. Services span web design, e-commerce, CRO, SEO/AEO/GEO, content, social media, paid media, PR and email automation, with a founder-led focus on CRO and UX.

Where it falls short: Its site does not publish team size or pricing, so both have to be requested.
Best for: Companies whose main problem is a website or funnel that does not convert.

3. Tuatara — Bogotá, Colombia · office in Miami, USA

Boutique agency certified under ISO 9001:2015 that combines social media, paid media, SEO and marketing automation with web and custom software development. Clients listed on its site include Enel X, Hikvision, DataCrédito Experian and Cinemark. On Clutch: 4.9 with 29 reviews, projects from $1,000, $25–49 per hour.

Where it falls short: Clutch lists a team of 10–49 people, small for multi-market campaigns that need several production crews at once.
Best for: Companies that want marketing and software (web apps, automation) from the same vendor with a Miami office.

4. InPulse Digital — Buenos Aires, Argentina

Hispanic and Latin American marketing agency with more than 15 years and a team of 80+, offering strategy, creative, social media, paid media and performance. Its site lists clients such as Diageo, Burger King, Unilever and NBC Universal, and partner status with Google, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. On Clutch: 5.0 with 6 reviews.

Where it falls short: Its minimum project on Clutch is $10,000, above the budget of most small and mid-sized companies.
Best for: Consumer brands with larger budgets targeting US Hispanic and Latin American audiences.

5. Sherlock Communications — São Paulo, Brazil · 15 Latin American countries

Communications agency founded in 2016 with more than 150 bilingual professionals and presence across 15 Latin American countries. It offers social media and community management alongside PR, and says it was named Best Agency in Latin America by the PRWeek Global Awards six times in the last seven years.

Where it falls short: It is PR-led: the fit is weaker if what you need is a performance marketing team running paid campaigns day to day.
Best for: Companies that need reputation, press and social media coordinated across several Latin American markets.

6. WiserBrand — Vicente López, Argentina

Listed among Clutch’s top digital marketing agencies in Latin America: 4.9 with 16 reviews, a team of 50–249 and a minimum project of $10,000.

Where it falls short: Its Clutch hourly band ($100–149) is the highest in this list, closer to US agency pricing.
Best for: Companies that prioritize an established mid-sized team over cost.

7. Vrand — Buenos Aires, Argentina

Listed among Clutch’s top digital marketing agencies in Latin America: 4.9 with 11 reviews, a team of 10–49, projects from $1,000 and an hourly band under $25.

Where it falls short: Few published details beyond its Clutch profile, so scope and services have to be confirmed directly.
Best for: Smaller budgets that want to start with a defined project.

8. Buzz — San José, Costa Rica

Digital agency based in San José that combines marketing (strategy, brand, media, social, experience) with innovation services such as custom software, e-commerce, CRM and data. On Clutch: 5.0 with 19 reviews, a team of 50–249 and a minimum project of $10,000.

Where it falls short: Costa Rica is one hour behind New York in winter and two in summer, the widest gap with the US East Coast in this list.
Best for: Companies that want marketing combined with e-commerce, CRM or data work.

Time zones against New York

Time overlap is the main reason to choose nearshore over offshore, so it is worth checking city by city. Los Angeles is three hours behind New York, so Lima and Bogotá are two to three hours ahead of the US West Coast.

Frequently asked questions — nearshore agencies

What are the best nearshore marketing agencies in Latin America for US companies?
Eight with verifiable presence in 2026: Flama Creators (in-house team of 16 in Lima and Buenos Aires; 5.0 on Google with 40 reviews), Bigbuda (Santiago, Chile, with an office in Toronto; since 2010; 265+ five-star Google reviews), Tuatara (Bogotá, with an office in Miami; 4.9 on Clutch with 29 reviews), InPulse Digital (Buenos Aires; Hispanic and Latin American marketing for brands such as Diageo and Burger King), Sherlock Communications (São Paulo; 15 Latin American countries; PR-led), WiserBrand and Vrand (Buenos Aires area; both 4.9 on Clutch) and Buzz (San José, Costa Rica; 5.0 on Clutch). The right one depends on whether you need an office in the US or Canada, the minimum budget you can commit and whether the agency produces the content itself.
How much does a nearshore marketing agency in Latin America cost?
On Clutch, the minimum project size for the agencies in this comparison ranges from $1,000 to $10,000 and up, and hourly bands go from under $25 to $100–149. Flama Creators quotes monthly services from US$800 based on scope. Compare what is included each month — deliverables, reporting and who runs the account — not only the rate.
Which Latin American countries share US business hours?
Peru and Colombia are on UTC−5 all year: the same time as New York in winter and one hour behind in summer. Argentina and São Paulo, Brazil, are two hours ahead of New York in winter and one hour ahead in summer. Costa Rica is one hour behind New York in winter and two in summer. Chile changes its clocks seasonally, so its gap with New York moves between none and about two hours. Los Angeles is three hours behind New York, so Lima and Bogotá are two to three hours ahead of the West Coast.
Is a nearshore marketing agency better than an offshore one?
For marketing work that changes during the day, usually yes. Campaigns, creative and approvals need same-day answers, and Latin America overlaps most of the US working day, while teams in Asia or Eastern Europe are 10 to 12 hours away. If the work is fully specified in advance and can run overnight without questions, offshore can be cheaper and perfectly adequate.
What should a US company check before hiring a Latin American marketing agency?
Five things: who will run the account day to day and their level of spoken English; how many working hours overlap with the team that executes; reviews on a third party such as Clutch or Google; a case with a company similar in size and market, with its real monthly report; and the contract, including minimum term, ownership of ad accounts and creative, and how you exit.
